Before & after

Upneeq® before and after: same eyes, one drop.

Drag the gold divider across each photo pair to compare the identical eyes before and roughly fifteen minutes after a single drop. No retouching, no surgery — a muscle doing its job again.

Results you can see

Same eyes. One drop.

Drag the gold line: visible lift in about 15 minutes, without surgery or needles.

How to read a before & after.

Watch the iris, not the lashes

The tell our optometrists in Los Angeles look for is how much colored iris is visible above the pupil. More visible iris = higher lid margin = the rested look.

Same eyes, same light

Honest comparisons keep the camera, angle, and lighting identical, so only the drop changes. That is what the slider shows.

Expect natural, not dramatic

The average measured lift is about a millimeter. On a face, that reads as "slept great," not "had work done".

Frequently asked questions.

Are these real Upneeq results?

Yes — before-and-after photography of eyes treated with a single drop of Upneeq, shown with a draggable divider so you can compare the same eyes directly. Individual results vary; the average lift measured in trials was about 1 millimeter.

How soon after the drop were the "after" photos taken?

Upneeq reaches a visible effect within about 15 minutes and peaks over the following hours, so after photos are typically taken within that window on the same day.

Will my result look like these?

If your droop is mild to moderate and driven by the lid’s elevating muscles, you can expect a visible, natural-looking lift — not a surprised stare. Severe ptosis or heavy excess skin responds less, which is what our doctor review screens for before any order ships.

Why does one millimeter matter so much?

The eyelid frames the iris. One millimeter more of visible iris changes how rested and alert the whole face reads. That millimeter is also roughly the difference the lid muscles lose with age.

Can I see a lift on just one eye?

Yes. If one lid sits lower, treating only that eye evens the two, which is a common and very satisfying use.

Does the lift look natural?

Upneeq raises the lid by activating a muscle you already use — the same one adrenaline tightens — so the contour stays yours. It opens the eye; it does not change its shape.

Can I send you my own before and after?

Please do. Take a straight-on photo in the same light before your first drop and 30–60 minutes after. We love adding real patient results (with your written permission, always).

What if I do not see a difference?

A small number of people respond weakly — usually when the droop is structural rather than muscular. If your doctor review suggested you were a candidate and you see nothing after a fair trial, call us: we will re-examine the lids and discuss alternatives, including whether surgery is the honest next step.
