Worth the drive from Newport Beach.

Patients drive up from Orange County for this.

Newport Beach patients make the trip up the 405 for care that is hard to find anywhere: custom scleral lenses fit with the Eaglet Eye Surface Profiler, keratoconus management, and a dry eye program spanning IPL, Optilift, amniotic membranes and prescription therapy.

06Questions

Coming from Newport Beach.

  • Typically an evaluation, a dispense-and-training visit, and one or two refinements — we stack what we can per trip for Orange County patients.

  • Take the 405 north to the Wilshire Blvd exit, then head west to 12222 Wilshire. A number of our scleral lens and dry eye patients come from Newport Beach and greater Orange County, and we schedule long-distance patients so each trip accomplishes as much as possible.

  • Yes. Urgent eye care is always welcome, with same-day appointments available — call 310-828-2010 and mention you are coming from Orange County so we can time your visit around traffic.

  • We can often use medical insurance in lieu of vision insurance for exams if you did not pay for vision benefits, and we are in network with common vision plans including VSP and EyeMed. Call 310-828-2010 to verify your plan.
