Optometrist & Eye Doctor in West Hollywood

Worth the drive west.

West Hollywood patients cross town for the specialty clinics: IPL and Optilift for dry eye, custom scleral lenses for keratoconus, and a same-day urgent line for eye emergencies.

01Why patients come

Comprehensive care first — three specialties on top.

Screen-heavy work and late nights show up in the exam chair as dry eye and strain; both have dedicated programs with our eye doctors in Los Angeles, including Neurolens.

Comprehensive eye examsExams, glasses and contact lenses for children, adults and every decade after, with all three doctors.
Keratoconus & scleral lensesPatients travel across LA for custom scleral lenses fit with the Eaglet Eye Surface Profiler by Dr. Brandon Cohenmehr.
The dry eye centerMeibography-guided IPL, OptiLIFT (DMST + radiofrequency), punctal plugs and prescription therapy, led by Dr. Bijan Cohenmehr.
Medical eye care & urgent visitsGlaucoma and diabetic exams with Dr. Kevin Cohenmehr, and same-day appointments for eye emergencies.

02Late nights, bright lights

For schedules that end after midnight.

  • 8 AM starts. Tuesday through Friday we open at 8 — in the chair before callbacks and call times.
  • Screen-triggered headaches. Neurolens is often used when a small eye misalignment is behind them.
  • Dry mornings. Club air, late screens and lash glue all show up in the tear film; the dry eye center reads it and treats it.
