Eye Surgery Co-Management in Los Angeles

Surgery happens at the surgeon’s. Everything around it happens here.

For surgical cases we provide the pre-operative work-up and the post-operative care, co-managing with trusted surgeons: we confirm candidacy, prepare your eyes, then manage your drops, healing checks and final prescription afterward — in the office you already know.

Records flow both ways

Procedures we co-manage include

  • LASIK and PRK laser vision correction
  • EVO ICL (implantable lens) surgery
  • Refractive lens exchange
  • Cataract surgery, including astigmatism-correcting and multifocal implants
  • Corneal cross-linking for keratoconus
  • Corneal transplants, with scleral lens refitting when healed
  • Pterygium removal and other corneal procedures

Why co-manage

You keep one familiar office for everything except the procedure itself — and your surgeon gets complete records, imaging and follow-up reports from us.

Before surgery

Pre-operative care.

  • Candidacy evaluation: corneal mapping, prescription stability, ocular health
  • Treating the ocular surface first, because dry eye management before surgery improves measurements and outcomes
  • Plain-language review of your options and what the surgeon will propose
  • Complete records and imaging sent with your referral

After surgery

Post-operative care.

  • Follow-up visits on the surgeon’s schedule: healing, pressure and vision checks
  • Drop regimen management
  • Dry eye care during recovery
  • Final glasses or contact lens prescription once the eye settles
  • Specialty lenses when outcomes need them, including scleral lenses after transplant or ectasia

Complications welcome too

If a past surgery left you struggling, start here.

Common questions

Surgical co-management, answered.

Anything else, call the office at 310-828-2010.

  • No. Surgery is performed by trusted surgeons we refer to and co-manage with. Your care before and after happens in our office.

  • LASIK, PRK, EVO ICL, refractive lens exchange, cataract surgery including premium implants, corneal cross-linking, corneal transplants, and pterygium removal, among others. Call and ask about yours.

  • Convenience and continuity: we know your eyes, we’re nearby for every follow-up, and your records stay in one place.

  • Yes. If a past surgery left you struggling, start with an exam here. We treat dry eye after refractive or cataract surgery, fit scleral lenses for post-LASIK ectasia (a slow bulging of the cornea) and other irregular corneas, and provide aftercare and lens refitting after a corneal transplant. After a recent operation, call your surgeon right away for severe pain or for sudden loss of vision in the operated eye, even if it comes back; if you can't reach the surgeon about sudden vision loss, call 911. Sudden loss of vision in the other eye or both eyes is a 911 call.

Every procedure, co-managed
